PRODUCTION
We produce premium quality films, TV Series, Documentaries, TV programs, and more. We are equipped for all stages of the process, including Development, Preproduction, Production and Post production.
CAPACITY BUILDING
We provide professional training to build the capacity of kingdom filmmakers to excel in their profession and ministry. These trainings take different forms, including:
GCI Film Academy
In partnership with High Definition Film Academy and Global Christian Leadership Ministries, GCI Academy provides 3 Weeks accelerated Intensive Kingdom Filmmaking Program, combining professional training in the art and business of film production, with training in ministry and discipleship. Programs are accessible online and in person.
FILM LAB
GCI Film Labs provides mentorship in professional filmmaking and spiritual development across a one year period, for kingdom filmmakers, supervised by established Christian film professionals around the world. The Labs include Writers Lab, directors Lab, Producers Lab, and Actors. During the labs, participants will develop a couple of kingdom projects, with support from GCI. Lab membership is renewable yearly.
FILMMAKING BOOT CAMP
Africa Gospel Film Project is a week-long capacity building bootcamp, where Kingdom filmmakers secure training and also get the opportunity to be part of the production of a slate of 6 global faith-based films.
Masterclasses
Gospel Cinema International also deliver capacity building to kingdom filmmakers in Africa through masterclasses across a number of courses, by global Christian Filmmakers at the Africa International Christian Film Festival (AICFF). Masterclasses hold for 2-3 days.
DISTRIBUTION
We facilitate distribution of KINGDOM films, including main stream; Cinemas and Streaming platforms. It begins with helping kingdom filmmakers make a GOOD FILM. Through the Africa International Christian Film Festival (AICFF) we host a Film Market, attracting global faith-based distributors, streaming platforms and also kingdom investors, providing kingdom filmmakers in Africa both market and funding opportunities.
FUNDING
Pitching sessions during the Africa Gospel Film Project (AGFP) and at the Africa International Christian Film Festival (AICFF), provides Kingdom filmmakers an opportunity to pitch their projects to secure funding, co-productions, and other collaborations. GCI also provides professional advice to Kingdom filmmakers on how to raise financing for their films, and take advantage of the various distribution platforms.
