The Africa Gospel Film Project is a bold kingdom-driven initiative that will train 300 Christian filmmakers in Africa, and produce a slate of 10 premium Faith-based films across 3 years, also providing hundreds of jobs for Christian Creatives. This is both a mission and a market opportunity.
Our Mandate
is clear:

amplifying African voices while expanding the global reach of Christian cinema.

equip, and empower hundreds of African Christian filmmakers.

a pipeline of premium African faith-based films distributed locally and

the gap between African Christian talent and global Christian media platforms.
This project
will ignite an ecosystem that sustains itself beyond these 10 films.
AGFP will provide Intensive training for 300 Christian filmmakers in screenwriting, directing, cinematography, editing, acting and more
AGFP will provide over 50 Million Naira worth of Equipment & Technical Support to 6 Feature and 12 Short Christian films over 3 years (2026-2028)
AGFP will produce 10 premium gospel feature films, employing over 200 Christian creatives as cast and crew on the projects, across 3 years.
AGFP will distribute these films locally and globally through theatrical releases, streaming platforms, festivals and television.
We’re nurturing an ARMY of kingdom driven African creatives that will tell authentically African yet globally relatable stories of faith.
Year 1 – Foundation & Pilot (2026)
Training of first cohort of 100 filmmakers in Nigeria
